Please nerf russian smg for make them balanced

please nerf the damage of russian smg because they shoot a lot faster whereas they do the same damage as than german smg if they do less damage they will be balance because currently they are just OP.

Did you expect something else?

I would prefer to keep guns stats kinda historical and try to balance factions in other ways. For example i dont want to see MG-34/42s nerfed as i dont want the soviet SMGs getting artificial nerfs

i didn’t mean to nerf their rpm just their damage

I think it can be changed to increase recoil and bullet dispersion, after all, the rate of fire is so fast

They already deal less damage than the German smgs.
Besides same goes for the mg 34, it still one shots at very RPM, and no one is calling for it’s nerf.
It is all about it asimétrical balance, no faction has the best on every category, yet if you use German smgs at their intended use they work really well.

that 0.4 ? less damage is indeed fairly significant and you can easily see it when spraying with 900rof.

Agree, as well as soviets madsen for example is just absolutely amazing.

I’m not a fan of nerfing things. When it starts it never ends, ever. It’s true in Berlin russians are favoured (for now! Stg is coming you know) But even still I would NOT reduce the effectiveness of the ppsh. This marvel is SUPPOSED to be good like that. Sure, germans smgs are a bit abysmal in Berlin at the moment, but it forces players to use different weaponry and tactics (german lmgs are still excellent).

The problem isn’t there I fear, but more with the invasion design with spawn points.

And tanks. Tanks are absurdly bugged and need fixing (t34 impenetrable damage model and BACKfiring (!) Turret I’m looking at you!)

just pick german MG’s then, even better DPS than soviet SMG’s.

Also the german stg44 will probably also be an assaulter weapon, thus giving axis an also very effective automatic gun.

both guns, the MP40 as well as the PPSH had very manageable recoil in real life, so technically the PPsh had more “firepower” but not to the extend of it being necessary the better weapon. In the game… wasnt the Mp 40 better at longer ranges ? like from a dmg drop standpoint?

Damage is where it should be, otherwise anything short of blindly spraying like a sperg will be punished.

Want to be realistic make the Soviet SMGs jam a lot. They were prone to do that in real life.

Jamming was in the game and people complained that it was ruining their MLG 420 swag gamer moves.

Only “jams” they had were due to magazines. As every smg left the factory with 2 drums designed for that exact SMG with those 2 drums there rarely was issues. If you took someone elses mag you most likely found yourself struggling with the gun.

PPSh itself has so loose tolerances that you can easily fit a couple of handgrenades and perhaps lada900 in the chamber and it wont affect the functionality in any manner.
Accuracy however was considered by soviets “adequate” so it wasnt exactly the lazorbeam of death we have in the game.

this is all example of extremely poor quality control.
