I don’t think the axis are able to counter in low tier as they have no paratroopers. The lowest they have is the Italian BR4, surely just looking at this froma gameplay perspective, this should be balanced out.
I know axis top tier domination is real, but majority of nations will have Low tier with exception of Germany, give them equivalent of BR2 Soviet Box perhaps?
All low BR paratroopers (except new soviet ones) are no longer obtainable anyway.
We finally need proper tech tree variant which is available for everyone all the time.
The soviet paras are so big problem. I am not even an axis main but i see them spammed all the time. The other paid para squads are atleast locked in t5 but soviets can get in any tier with paras by just paying
Premium paras can get into every BR as well.

Yeah, but Germans do face them, so it would only be fair to give the same option at least to re-equip all paras for a desired BR.
