Recently, there has been discussion regarding the ingame model of a prototype tank know as the Ho-Ri. This has led to speculation that an update would eventually allow Japan to have BR5 weapons and fight top tier american equipment. Please do not allow this. The Pacific campaign has a abundance of jungle and many points have poor cover. This would allow p47’s to decimate them and they would have little counter as many players don’t have the otsu kai and would be outmatched. And adding the Ho-Ri wouldn’t solve US tank supremacy. This is because there are also files in game of the Pershing. The Pershing would dominate the Ho-Ri in anti infantry and anti tank with good machine guns and a turret.
These are only a few reasons why Japan should not have a BR5 que. However, I do have to acknowledge that Japan isn’t completely defenseless in terms of equipment such as submachine guns, this would do little to stop the Americans as they have a large number of players because of their ticket amounts.
All in all, this would be a poor decision.
