0.2 slower in ADS speed compared to the PPSh-41 drum mag. I’ve tried using this gun, and it’s
terrible .

They probably want to portray that the weapon was not made in a factory, but almost in artisanal conditions by partisans in the German rear, as if it were very difficult to make a good weapon in such conditions.
To the same category of intentionally bad weapons, I would add the Charlton machine gun, a simple glance at which is enough to understand that shooting from it is difficult, which is shown in the game
