I recently missed the event that offered the 15 cm sIG 33 B Sfl (Bison) and I would really appreciate the opportunity to obtain it again.
This vehicle is iconic and historically significant, and I believe many players — myself included — would gladly purchase it if it became available again.
I hope you can consider bringing it back in a future event or as a store offer.

not all premiums or events appear again, but most of them appear back in sales (premiums) and vehicled and such in veteran boxes,however drop is low
As mentioned above, the vehicle will be obtainable - likely with the next patch update in a few months. However it will only be thorugh loot boxes; aka you have to save up or purchase lots for silver as it will require random gabling to hit it.
its definitely doable. After spending roughly 2mill silver? Ive acquired every squad and every vehicle available in the loot boxes.

Only 2 mil for all the drops? Wow, you lucky man, Ive got like 5 squad drops after a mil dropped into it now. And only 2 vehicle drops. Also I swear its giving me all the low BR options first, not that I mind that, its just odd all the vehicles and squads I got were for low BR.
Honestly no clue - some math guy on reddit suggested doing 5 boxes at a time for optimal randomization - ive personally did either 10-20 boxes at a time, and those are my results.
Just guns now left which I like, but havent been that lucky there; lots of swords and pistols, but no Stinger or Federov 25 type of drop 
Ah fair, Ive had a mixed bag with the gun drops, I did get a stinger, but otherwise nothing special, a lot of really fucking annoying vehicle and squad upgrade drops, which have the exact same drop rates as weapons and vehicles meaning that I didnt get them because I got the stupid upgrade token instead.
every time they add those silver boxes I alway get 1 squad and the rest are duds people are so lucky lol. so far I got LMG. squads for Germany, Italian para squad, British para squad, and a bunch of guns for high br
