Please and a lockdown mechanic like in 'Rising Storm 2'

Right now an attacking team can camp out in the gray zone for 20 minutes and there is nearly no way to kill them. With a lockdown mechanic if they don’t get on the objective after so much time they forfeit. This would keep the pace of the battle so it doesn’t become boring.

yes, this is the most frustrating thing about defending, every 2 or 3 games there’s one where nothing happens…for 25 minutes straight.

25 minutes is way too much for what a fast paced game enlisted is.

if attackers do successful cap after 20 minutes it’s solely because defenders started to fool around.

Yeah that’s why I said nearly because if no one has the 1 attack plane you can bomb them but there are still many maps where they can hide in buildings for cover and shoot out of windows.

Ehh, im not denying the tank camping problem isn’t there …though im not sure if your solution is a viable one, as usually what would that result in is people rushing in their tanks towards objective only to

  1. Get spammed by explosives and AT weapons
  2. Step on a anti-tank mine because enemy team would know the opprotunity this mechanics gives them and predictive routes tank would need to take

I usually just end up dropping a bomb

Issue is that this has to be cleared out somehow without diminishing a purpose of a tank yet offering a proper balance to both sides
