Setting up anti-aircraft guns on the aisles of the Imperial Chancellery will be very difficult to handle.And Anti-tank rifles can effectively deal with anti-aircraft guns

So you want them be prebuilt on some maps (although it would be wierd to have them like that in Chancellery corridors) or just added for the engineer?
If the second option - they already are here. Just use your engineer squad and unlock the suitable upgrade.
You want to have at guns on their own on the map to take out AA guns?

Yeah, those are AT rifles.
I would say only PTRD-41 and PTRS-41 because the Panzerbuchse 39 is no longer being used after 1944 because the round itself become obsolete against every new and later WW2 tanks.
Soviet at rifles was also obsolete. I dont think soviet used those at all in berlin

It was still used against light armored targets (the guns and ammo don’t just vanish into thin air after they go obsolete after all), so targeting AA guns wouldn’t be a bad application to them.
Only question is how will they be slotted and unlocked.

To be fair, I get what he’s talking about. On Reichstag (Invasion), the defending Germans can climb up on their bunkers on the 2nd last point and put down both PaKs and FlaKs. They have a massive range and an extremely broad FOV. It’s hard to counter them if you can’t hop in a tank.
it seems like a really cheap way to deal with them tbh, and AT rifles have no meta at that BR so i would advise against that other than that shouldn’t the offensive teams try to outflank them, arty them, mark them for vehicles and mortar crews or just build their own AT/AA guns?
I don´t see how obsolete rifles would help you in defend/attack on anything. If those get added, they would probably be just an awful obstacle to go through (pretty much like sniper pre-war kar98 before buff).
It would be very situational at best.

Well, right now, the anti tank rifles are surprisingly good at taking down AA guns,
so from a gameplay perspective it makes sense to add something that can take down AA guns with ease, however keep that in mind:
why would you specifically bring a gun, that can only be used against AA guns while you can just bring more panzerfausts?
having one less real AT soldier in your squads will probably hurt you more than it can help you.
AA guns and aircraft gameplay is just not refined at all, and I guess finding the sweet spot we are all hoping for will be very difficult…
Obsoletely they might havebeen - but with nearly 500,000 produced there were still plenty in service!
I cvan imagine many AT platoons were turned into regular infantry and PzFausts issued widely - but hte Soviet army washuge, and I’m equally sure there would be a lot of ATR’s left in service by mid 1945.
