The current matchmaking system often skews the golden players to one team.
How about this idea to correct the current situation. To prevent player bias, put a special reward on the “join any team” button.
For example, instead of not being able to choose a leveling country, even if we lose a battle we get a larger amount of silver tickets and XP than if we choose a country and win the battle.
This would help disperse people who are not interested in a particular leveling or who want tickets.
Essentially it needs to be used to fill lobbies more efficiently.
Give an initial 50% bonus for “join any team”, and on top of that, give a 25% bonus/ teammate less than opposing team.
This way, even when the teams are unevenly matched, the players working their asses off don’t get stiffed on xp, which is the only thing that is going to help them for the long run to actually stand a chance later.
Well that’s some good news, was just thinking, that for two of my campaigns (yes there going) that i was ready to be able to tick that option.
And start playing as any side, and see what sort of game it gives me, ie will it, just make me join, losing team for every round,? or will it be balanced. etc
Don’t overthink on this, true developers once the merge come add a reward for who play with join any side activate, but is probably not more than a small exp booster
