Can there be a Tab on the game that allows you to see your stats and your friends stats.
K.D // win to loss // time on point // highest kill streak and so on ???
or is this already a thing ?

It’s not a thing and shouldn’t ever be.
Enlisted is not a competitive game and was never supposed to be. What matters is if you manage to win the particular battle you are in the moment. Not K/D ratio, stats etc. that would lead to elitism and more toxicity.

There is some level of competitiveness to this game. Since it’s PVP and rewards for winning is significantly higher than losing.
But I agree on the general sentiment. Some casual people might appreciate the feature as an off-hand trivia thing, but recorded stats and stats leaderboards lead worse behaviours from the hardcore community.
People try to artificially raise their stats by playing in boring or cheesy ways. They will refuse to play the objective because it could tarnish their K/D. They’ll camp in bushes and buildings all game no where near any objective so long as it means they can maintain a 5 K/D. Back of the map with a tank so explosive packs never come near them? Yes sir! Will it win them the game? No, they are practically throwing, they don’t care though!

In my opinion the concept of k/d ratio cannot be applied properly to game as long as you play the squad mode, anyways.
It counts the loss of a full squad as one death. But actually when you had the actual control over 5 characters it’s 5 deaths not 1.
I catch myself constantly doing the maths round about to have feeling for whether I currently suck or not at the match. On the other hand why should the game count a death for every AI soldier that runs into the open?
Stats like points captured
Defended
Tanks and planes down
Time on tank, time on plane
Total experience
Best score
Best kill score number
Most captured objectives
Ap mine kills at mine kills
Multikills
And so on
Kdr? Not so much in this game
Other stats yes, they should be a thing! It’s as any other aspect a progression.
