I’been playing the Me 410 in normandy, fun plane, yet can’t help but feel like I need to have separate control over those 20mm cannons, same as the Fw 190, just as the Bf 109 G10
You can change in controls, cannons have to be fired separately, they are only effective at very close range. MG is any range really…

The damage of aircraft is absolutely broken in the game, especially the 20mm, 30mm guns of the Luftwaffe - they are very weak. It happens quite often that enemy planes calmly withstand a series of hits even from a 37 mm BF 110 cannon. It has long been necessary to fix this.

My only tip is wait until very close range, their plane is filling whole gunsight or double the size then use cannons not before…
The 20mm cannons of the Me 410 are not considered secondary armament, this means that they cannot be fired separately from the smaller weaponry
All guns can be fired separately regardless, I don’t fire cannons at same time, I think 410 only has variants of cannons… will check later.
