PLANES: Let us fire MG without canon

Right now you can only fire MG when you shoot with canon at the same time.

It can be very problematic with some planes that don’t have a lot of canon ammo.
Canon are for the kill at close range, and MG are for the little damage at long range.

Suggestion: Just like in War Thunder, add a button to shoot with MG only.

It can be done with some additional mouse buttons

Here's my set-up

This way, I can fire mgs or cannons separately or all together.

I ended up tying my rocket button the the space bar. (Yes I know some planes have rockets and bombs but I haven’t gotten there yet)

Shit you are right…

“Shoot” is not a button to shoot with all weapon, it’s a button to shoot with MG only… I will delete this post.

I really like this setup. Very easy to use as well. Never waste my precious cannons (especially 30 mm)

Ya I have my cannons set up on a floor pedal, and my MG’s on my mouse.
