Either this is a bug, or I (embarrassed) just noticed this.
But I am not getting any kills for crew in enemy planes or Tanks that I am killing in this match.

They removed getting crew kills from bombing run planes abit ago because the amount of score/XP you got from it was way too high
Idk about tanks and player planes but it would be funny if they did it there too tbh

AI crew kill count and score get removed some QOL update ago because ammount of score get by them was excessive, some tank/plane and a bomber formation let you score 10k of score in some minutes already from the the battle beginning
I think Still you should get XP for kill the crew but it dont get confirmed or busted
You supposedly don’t get xp for killing the pilots… But you should still earn quite a bit for taking the planes themselves down.
The reason why you didn’t get much xp at the end, is because you used only one squad (the pilot) for the entire match…
I know, the way they count xp is weird. This probably exists to prevent those who’d greyzone camp with snipers the entire match. 
(On a side note, I’m surprised there wasn’t any Zero to challenge you for air supremacy)
I shot the Zero down
And a Val and a several bombers and a tank.
But got no crew kills for any of them.
Not getting any crew kills for other "maned Planes is imo kind of BS, as well as any tanks.
I did shoot down 9 bombers though, the other 4 were all player maned, so their should of been ~ 10’ish kills from that alone.
The 13 kills were from bombs on troops.
I am not really concerned with experience per say, but just the nerfing of the Planes kills

Wait, you’re supposed to get xrew kill xp and 100% xp for taking out players planes.
The reduced amount is just for bomber formations. And para planes.

I got quite a bit for a para plane I shot down.
I got the plane XP and para XP for the kill.
Ya, so only 9 were bombers, the rest were enemy planes and tanks, I know I shot down one Zero and a Jake, and one Tank, the other plane was I think a Val… Although it may of been another tank, bit vague on the last one.
But I was not getting any kills on the crew in the Player driven planes, or tanks, I saw their skulls, but the kills did not register.
Hopefully its just a bug.
They removed the bombers AI to nerf the XP you get from downing them, and if you kill a plane and the person bails successfully, they effectively deny you the person kill. Dunno about the tanks though.
The gunner crews don’t even work anymore, so I guess there’s no reason to reward xp for killing the bots who are tagging along for the ride. 
The JU-188 and BF-110’s gunner positions won’t shoot at incoming threats.
Not sure what DF did, but before the mechanics got broken, I could use the JU-188 as a fighter bomber to pursue and shoot down enemy aircraft. And now I don’t even bother having the aircraft in my lineup, because it’s a free kill for anybody who spawns in the sky.
Gunners get same XP as pilot for bomb kills, but not for kills by machinegun/cannon that are controlled by hte pilot.
