According to my research, these types of low-tower aircraft when landing, the soldiers in this tower will have to go up to the deck, but when I play, for example, the pilot of this type of low-tower aircraft will always die when landing. I propose that when setting the gear down mode, this soldier will be inaccessible, unable to die and if setting the gear up mode, this soldier will be able to approach normally.

That’s very reasonable suggestion. Even though I don’t see any point in landing with similar plane as of now. It’s simply ineffective and inefficient thing to do.
But hopefully, they’ll add airfields at some point.
Btw. I think you should word title of your topic a little bit better. It’s not very telling.

thank you actually i quite like flying but because i play germany if i land successfully i only lose one turn to fly again
