So you saying it’s fine that I can do this within the first 30 seconds of the match?
They could replace it with for example a 50mm mounted Me410 that could use either AP against tanks, or HE against infantry.
Or use the Bf110 F-2, which can have 12 RZ 65 rockets, which would be be spammable, but weak, HE rockets.
And you cant use winrate as a metric on individual weapon/vehicle performance anyways, which has always been a fatal flaw of Gaijin. They balance stuff on average player’s performance and winrate, instead of on potential.
Good but hard to play thing turns out to be OP > bad players will flock to it > bad players will tank its winrate because they arent good enough to use it > it gets buffed, making it even more OP
i don’t think there are incentives for you to keep playing this game, rather then make your squad lose because you can’t be bother to play others things.
sorry to sounds harsh and disappoint you, but enlisted it’s not only about vehicles.
i don’t think the plane it self it’s the issue. but spawns.
if you delay the entraces of planes, like, you have to wait 30 seconds or more from the start of the match in order to use the plane, or make spawns planes a bit further from the current position. this can prevent getting spawn killed in 10 seconds.
unlike the germans, i prefer the american plane. because my rockets are on point ( centred ), unlike the germans that have rockets on the wings. also, not to mention that the germans after 2 strife they have to retreat. while the americans can make 4 strifes as the " rate of fire " it’s different.
( what i roughly mean, is that when you press space, the germans launch 2 rockets per button, while the american whenever they press 1 time the rocket button, only 1 is used )
I’ve seen a lot of success keeping my P-38 in reserve to break out if the enemy team uses 110s. They’ve tried to dogfight before but winning has always been a cakewalk.
Still as soon as there’s nothing to dogfight the P-38 becomes harmless.
Honestly if you’re not looking at them to see it specifically they’re hard to see. I really thought maybe there was a different control setup you were using compared to mine that allowed you to launch one at a time instead of salvos.
In WT they do - and of course the Stuka and Hs 129 tankbusters using them would have used AP ammo… but why would a night fighter unit have it?
It is important to not mistake WT for history!!
No they were not used for attacking bombers??
I haven’t heard that - be happy for evidence otherwise.
Again AFIK they only got the 21cm rockets when they were pulled back to fight american bombers - not for ground attack.
For ground attack they would carry bombs or smaller AT rockets - eg the AT version of the R4M known as “Panzerblitz II” - it is in WT but rarely used of course. These would be much more directly comparable to the allied loadouts
Sorry for confusion - no, AFAIK they were not used for attacking ground - I thought you were telling me they were, and I was wanting to know where you got that from.
That would be the Panzerblitz II I linked to hte wiki article on.
And yes - I suspect the belts here reflect WT belts so have an AP component
