It’s been bugging me for a while that to simulate recoil in pistols, the rear of the pistol seems to drop; rather than the muzzle rising. This seems most noticeable to me on the Nambu Type 14. This leads to situations where if one knows to mind the front sight in combat; pistols can become ludicrously accurate. I’m legitimately not sure how I feel about this.

Wait you guys use accurate gunfire and not just close range spray and pray with pistols?
I mean, I pay attention to my front sights; if that’s what you mean. I’ve heard it said “In combat; you have the rest of your life to find your front sight”.
