Pink Camouflage

Surely someone will laugh, but this is real, during the Second World War, the British came to use a pink camouflage for certain ships and planes, as golden order or whatever is desired, the name is Mountbatten pink

Of course is not a joke.

Pink has been used in deserts with very good results.

In the case of this Land Rover, this is the famous Pink Panther used by the SAS. But bear in mind that this version was used from 1968 onwards.

Contrary to popular belief, the colour pink proved to be an effective camouflage. Remember that visual reconnaissance was widely used in WWII.

In WWII, the SAS used the pink-coloured Willys Jeep in North Africa. This colour proved to be very effective in camouflage, so much so that they used it for decades afterwards.
