Add the PIAT and BOYS AT Rifle to the Soviets. Britain sent over 1,000 PIATs and BOYS rifles to the Soviet Union as support. It would be neat for history and variety in their anti-tank weaponry choices
They can be added into the Research Tree like the lend lease Bazooka
Does the Piat have a hidden advantage over the M1 Bazooka? As far as I know the Penetration is the same(80mm), but the Bazooka is much easier to aim, I only use it for British squads.
You can run with Piat unlike the bazooka, which slows the soldier down when used.

if thats the case german should have the PanzerbĂĽchse Boyes - a captured British Boys Anti tank rifle or 14.5 mm PzB 783(r) - a captured russian ptrs41
I tend to not care about whether there’s a stat justification for something and more I just think its neat for content from the war

I disagree about capture content. But there are various AT rifles that could be given to Germany that fulfill the same role

I can accept the Japanese Panzerschrek because Germany did send HEAT technology. However when they start giving Japan a Maus that’s where I draw the line

Im not against lend-leasing, I just dont think there would be any point to copying those guns over other than increasing grind and bloating tech tree.
I always was of the assumption that piat had more penetration than bazooka - dont remember why I thought so… but for some reason i believed Bazooka had 80mm of penetration, while piat had 100mm.
I am nowadays somewhat convinced that this was wrong information.

I always thought this was the best way to add captured or lend-leased weapons to the game. Available to everyone, but still something special that you have to work towards. Still rare but available.
Sadly, currently developers don’t agree with me (evidently), but I hope they change their minds.
