The mechanics is simple each time you shoot all the cylinder rotate in sequence and one of them at turn load the bullet in the barrel for being fired, it can hold up to 21 bullet but need a lot of time for reload compared to other revolver because of his unique mechanism

Regarding the gun can work as event pistol, after the katana pistol i think there isn’t any issue for weird pistol to be added
