It would be helpful if you could see the available Persks for the soldiers in the main menu. This way you can manage and distribute them better. I often forget them and then I have about 15-20 to distribute.

Yeah, it would especially be helpful with tank crews, when each perk set is reserved for certain crew member. I remember accidentaly switching driver with a loader in the menu and not realizing it for a longer time

There’s…literally a little green icon on each individual soldier telling you that you can put more perks on them. Sometimes post battle it’ll even take you straight to a soldier’s perk menu

Doesn’t this icon light up only when you can actually give something to your soldiers? Because I often notice that the icon is lit, but I can’t choose any perks, and the game suggests that I need to give a damn binoculars to a soldier, which will only clutter up the inventory when you switch weapons with the scroll wheel.
If I’m wrong, correct me, but as far as I know, it lights up when you can still give something else—a flask, an axe, binoculars, etc.
Yes but only on new soldiers or new squads. What I mean is when I play a few rounds it will not notice me when there are new perks to distribute and that’s why i often have 15 - 20 Perks. And post battle it’s only when your solider is max lvl.
