Guys on the perks screen, load up thingy, I have at least 3 soldiers that I can’t fully load up. It says on these soldiers that there are one more space unallocated. I have gone through every item on there but still it says one more to be allocated, but it wont let me. Anyone else having this problem?

I found the learning curve to kina steep on that whole thing and actually watched a video on it because it was kinda confusing.
