Are the perk points bugged in some way? If you look at the screen shot I took, there are 10 points that were put into “greater chance to get into a downstate…” perk. However, I never put that many points into that perk; I usually only put two points into that perk.
This didn’t just happen for this one soldier. It’s happened for several of them, and I haven’t checked them all yet. Only a few for my BR II setup.
Is this happening for anybody else?
This probably means your soldier got their perks before the Merge (December 2023). Perks were completly changed at that time and if you got the “greater chance to get into a downstate” before the merge, it would be converted into 10 points spent in that perk.
As you can see you have “-1 vitality point available” on your soldier. This is only possible for soldier who already had 5 perks before the perk system was changed.

Yeah I have a few soldier this this. Just the added benefit of being a legacy soldier. You can never change the stats though, otherwise you lose the extra point.
