instead of firing a soldier how does not posses full stats, make some how in battlepass you able to pick up a Card that that give one perk point.
This card does not make the stats go behold the maximun stats, it only give stats to the maximun nunber of the class. for exemple a Rifleman Tier 3 can how is 18 Mobility 19 Vitaly and 19 Weapon skill, using this card will have 19 Mobility has well.
