Perfection or Decency

Grind is not big problem for me so what are your suggestions for these 2 options
Which one you think do give a player better game experience ?

  1. percefting first level squads before rushing for second/ third levels : like upgrading every infantry weapon at least 1 time. Try to give everybody adequate grenades (like smokes and molotov grnd for assaulter, decorating every soldier with tnt in antitank squads, try to upgrade every soldiers ranj to the end etc…
    Or
  2. not try to perfect it, just give couple of grenades, try to upgrade rank to 3 or max 4 then rush to level 2/3 soldiers when they unlocked immediately

i usually suggest and go for option one:

as you have veterans, you can carry them until the last levels. once, you reached everything, then i suggest to upgrade and replace. so that even if change weapons or such, it’s gonna be an easier process rather than " struggling " just to reach faster the latter levels and quipment.

i’m more for a base ground to relay on if that makes sense.

but that’s just me.

What I’ve been trying to do is get a squad to max level, then rotate the next one in.
