All the days during the season I winned the points necessary to the progress, now in the last day I see a message that I have 17 hours to finish the progress 5/5 of the stage 6/6, but It doesn’t give a chance to win 12000 points, just purchase.
I think it is a issue since there is 17 hours to finish, and I don’t think that the just the last progress must be purchased, I’m right?
I’m sure I winned all the days.
Happened with anyone, someone could explain or help.

Really, I don’t, I took all the care (even clicking in blue button to complete stages since is not automatic)… but is ok if I could check im someway which day I lost, and understand that my mind is deceiving me, so I could believe I’m wrong.
And even if I lost, why the message says I still have 17 hours to finish… It is not clear to me.
The funniest is that it happened before, just in the last progress of last stage (would be such a coincidence) so I don’t kow if time zone is causing some mess… since here in Brazil the stages starts at 10:00 (local time).

Maybe you missed one day. I have received my prize normally.
But is really ilogical, yesterday (5th may) I winned 12000 points, got the reward and waited for today (last day, 6th may) to to win the last one, when appears the image attached, I still have 17 hours, but today didn’t appeared the chance to get the last (5/5) progress to me.
Thanks for you all, but all this shows me that is really a issue, in my opinion.
This happened to me on the last event. I participated every day, and completed all of the challenges… Yet, on the final day I was unable to collect the last point, so I did not receive the reward.
Seems like a great trick, to try and make a few bucks $$$.
Oh you almost made it… Just spend a few dollars, and you can get the last reward.
you missed a day… you could have forgot to collect one day… pretty stupid to have to manually collect after completing the requirements…
I still believe that is some issue with time zone since many players successfully got the last prize
Can’t vouch for him but I’m pretty sure it’s bullshit since I’ve played and collected every day, and it’s not the first time it happened.
never happened to me. every time i missed a reward was cause i actually missed a day. idk when day reset is for you locally (13:00 GMT), but you could have easily missed it cause even though you played every day. you could have easily played one day in morning (lets say 11:00 GMT), collected 12k exp and then played next day in afternoon (15:00 GMT) and that way missed a day. you would think that you never missed a day, but you would actually miss whole server day.

Because you have 17 hours left to buy the task
Yesterday was the last day. Today is the day you can buy whatever you missed. You forgot to redeem a day.
I’ve read all the instructions in the terms (
Reinforcements received: Paratroopers - News - Enlisted ) , I couldn’t find a mention on redeem day, but since the event end at 13:00 UTC it ended today at morning (my local time), and yesterday was the last day, and this make sense.
Unfortunately there is no way to check what happened since there is no register of some lost day (I tried to open the game log but got a lot of strange symbols 
). Many players won the last prize, so I think that in someway I’ve forgot to click the blue button, or even lost some day, I thought I was careful, but just like the song says ‘Tchu tchu tchu tchu tchu ru tchu We are human … tchu tchu tchu tchu ru tchu… after all’
So I will be alert in the next event Reinforcements received: Victory day - News - Enlisted to 8th may at 13:00 UTC (in this event they mention about the redeem day

Yeah, the whole accept button is just joke. I don’t really understand why we can’t receive rewards automatically. Lot of people then lost their rewards, I feel bad for them.

Same thing happened to me; can’t complete last day. Must buy. And I didn’t miss any days. Guess I just don’t get it then.
