Paratrooper's radio operators should be able to call smoke and supply crate drop

Right now every radio operator in any paratrooper squad is still using the older radio operator mechanic, in which the player can only call for a regular artillery strike, unlike the any other radio operators in other sqauds.

Sure, not many people would pick radio op for paratrooper, and also not many people would call for smoke, but it would be nice to be able to use these abilities.

And the supply drop ability would finally be actually useful.

I do think Paratroopers should have the full radio arsenal. It adds to them being an elite class
