Paratrooper event

When you spot them falling and know their landing point will be close, I highly recommend welcoming them with a single, centered molotov right on the crate.

Then, proceed in laughing gleefully.

Premade group with paratrooppers is instawin.
This feature broke the game more than people know lol

I dont think we sail at same league.
It gets hard to get more good when at 0.1-1% club.

Premade groups (stacks) insta win with or without paratroopers already. It’s nothing new.

I understand your point… But every squad just pops up from nowhere already. I don’t think it’s worse than a 9 men squad appearing on top of a radio, when you think about it.

This is correct. Difference is that now all the nablets are soon able to paratrop as well.
Land battles become more and more rare sight when time goes by.

I wish for a stack vs stack matchmaker since forever…

But the issue I see with paras, is they are extremely well armed. Much more than what the average guy already unlocked… Probably what makes ppl most afraid of those falling guys.

This problem will be solved with br implementation thought. Paras will fight correspondingly armed land troops… And boy is it easy already to shoot them with stg or mg34/42. Difference is after the warthunder conversion everyone will be able to.

Newcomers paras might be more in the lines of those from Pacific campaign.

Yes… like fighter and bomber planes…

Everything in Enlisted pops up extremely fast. Very arcade.

It’s not very different from old h&g, where you materialized inside a para plane already in flight and could often jump the next second…

Except other planes spawn at some distance while transports spawn right above target.

My point is that the main downside of paratrooper operations was achieving air superiority. Meanwhile devs said ā€œfuck thisā€ and just teleport paratroopers to the spot and completely bypass this problem.
They basically implement a thing with all it’s advantages and without it’s biggest disadvantage. AGAIN.

At this point I want to have a pocket hand held Karl Gustaw to match the stupidity.

And no, ā€œthere are already many things that don’t make senseā€ is not an answer. Unless one wants to buy products for idiots and be treated like an idiot.
Then we end up with stuff like ā€œbattery pressā€ from apple.

Paratroopers might be the worst implemetation so far this drastically leans the game towards call of duty style fast-paced arcade shooter.
I can see both sides spamming airdropped squads and meeting opposing team planes in air.
Its clusterfuck :rofl:

Luckily Berlin have not been affected by this cancer.

The great ā€œmergeā€ is close and personally wont overlook casting defects anymore since we been beta so long.
They should know already what works and what does not at this point.
