Maybe give us the option to equip ammo pouch or backpack for the para squads that only come into use if you deploy from the ground like a normal squad
Like how the Fallschirmjager were pretty much on defensive ops for the remainder of the war when shit fell apart, or the yanks at Bastogne
It would also give a bit more incentive to deploy as is than spam them onto the point.

100 agree, currently it is entirely worthless to deploy from the ground since you.lose access to the drop box, but if it gave you access to backpacks? might actually be worth considering

Allies would abuse it with dual 100mag squads so they will have 500 ammo for each 6 troopers. So no ty unless they only let them to be equipped only by the Axis FG42 paratroopers since they have super limited ammo pool.

The issue there is they’d be like any other Assault team that you can ice on their way in instead of having them parachute in with it
And so far playing Germans, as long as I’m proactive with icing allied para I don’t have an issue with them at all especially since para AI is absolutely nerfed into the dirt
But I am aware of that concern.
