You can consistently get the pilot in the fight on that lake map in Moscow, you just water land beside the points.

That’s the only map I can think of that I’ve gotten a pilot in the fight, most of the maps water or fields are in the greyzone, and it was always in the biplane.

No sane pilot would even attempt to land a plane on an unprepared dirt road with it’s landing gear down

right, not on the unprepared dirt road, but small dirt airfields have been used in ww2… right?
