Correction: You have to align the distance sight with the aim sight.
(I didn’t remember there was two sight)

You can probably aim both way. I exagerated the picture on purpose to show that one way is the right design on how to be aimed/used.
Everygun has two sight to prevent this problem.
Panzerfaust don’t. That why the position of shooting is very important. By locking the position under your armpit, it’s like having the second point.

Imo you use PzFaust over arm if you shoot about 30m and you use it underarm when you want to shoot 60 - 80m. (Observations based on my arms and a stick.)
