Panzer 3 is the tank we need in Tunisia

Panzer 3 is glorious comrades!

Axis in Tunisia finally have a tank with a competent machine gun, capable of mowing down those pesky Brits!
Wasn’t expecting it to be a tanker 2 slot vehicle, but that’s still not bad.
As much as I wanted to keep the Semovente in service, that lack of defensive armament was a deal breaker

It also has an abysmal turret traverse and cannot really pen the grant still, should have been an M or pz4

Baby steps!

Its better than the M13, M14 and Semo.

An M would have been nice, but also the Pz4 would have easily outclassed the Crusader, and seeing as the Crusader was pivitol in the desert war, would have been a shame to miss.

The crusader can lolpen anything Italy has, the panzer 4 would be no exception, especially the G

Isn’t the crusader also stuck with solid shot while the 4f2(g) has APHE?

Since you play Tunisia, can you explain to me why nobody play the germans?

Because players think they have worse guns and refuse to play Axis.

I would have understood if we talk about Moscow, because of russian lmg and semi auto. The MG34 is the only good thing and you can only use it with 3 people in a squad.

But tunisia… I didn’t notice.

Guns are pretty balanced, but players want OP things and when they dont get them, they wont play that campaign.

Maybe in war thunder aphe makes a difference but in enlisted the pamzer 4s still have apcbc.

But why did they have to give it to an Italian squad? It’s the same nonsense as the fw190

German APCBC has HE filler, so it basically is APHE shell.

Yep and it’s just easier to refer to them as APHE, same with the m61 shell in war Thunder

Also people aren’t playing axis Tunisia because let’s compare things,
Basic rifle
1903 vs m41, m41 wins with its cleaner sights, faster rechamber and 6 round en bloc
Sten vs mp28, sten wins with a higher rof and bigger mag
Kar98 vs enfield 1917, i can’t actually decide this one, the kar has the cleanest sights in the game but the enfield has 6 rounds
Lanchester vs beretta, lanchester wins on rof although slightly smaller mag
Carcano vs smle 3, smle wins hands down, competitive sights, 10 rounds and a bayonet with fast cycle.
M1a1 Thompson vs mp40, should it even be a contest with how quickly. 45 drops people compared to the mp40 which is only exasperated by the m1 and 1927 over the other smgs, maybe not the ovp but no one uses it
A13 vs ab41, a13 wins in all aspects except top speed
Daimler loses to m14 but no shock
Grant beats semovente
Crusader beats pz3
Breda actually beats vickers berthier
Bren beats mg34 since mg34 is essentially a blunderbuss
Sniper lee enfield buries the fg42 sniper let alone anything italy has
It’s just very 1 sided

Here is what you are also forgetting with axis smgs, they are far more controllable than the allies which can be just as important if not more important than rof

I’m using smgs in buildings or at close range where hitting is almost always guaranteed, if i need accuracy i can put the Thompson in semi auto and become an m1 carbine.

I don’t know the campagn so I will trust you but… Nothing beat an MG.

Also depends on player wielding them, and that is what players forgot most. He just stated what he things, then it reflects on campaign that players dont want to play it, even when those weapons are pretty much balanced. What is not balanced to be only one on team of bots vs full players team.

Doesnt depends on tank that much, as on that who sees who first. Also Semovente can easily destroy Lee.

The german mgs are almost uncontrollable and have way too much spread when not mounted so the bren is actually capable of just picking them apart, and the semovente can destroy a grant but I’ve seen like 3 semoventes and killed all of them, no one wants a casemate when i have a medium

I also play aggressively but I can’t deny that the axis smgs are perfect for mid range engagements and can hold their own in cqc where it mostly depends on who sees the other first
