It is difficult to hit there, and even if it is hit, it is unlikely to penetrate.
You can kill the panther by shooting the machine gun port actually. I did it, and wish I recorded it.

Ever hear of TNT? A squad with BA rifles and 3 TNT each can clear a building pretty easily

Do you remember how close you were to panther? Since I know the puma could go through the mg port at 250m away but hey if the axis don’t like the mg port then they could hit the cupola or if the jumbo is angled then they could overmatch the lower side armor 
But Panther have same low chances of taking out Jumbo from a front with 1-2 shots. Jumbo armor are very thick. I even encounter Jumbo players who just constantly snipe my barrel with first shot and I can’t do anything, doesn’t matter if i play Panther or Pz IV in that situation. With this i would like to say that Panther and current top tier US tanks are balanced and it just depends on skill of player and new additions in Normandy aren’t needed anymore.

I was about 100-150 meters away. They got cocky and didn’t angle, and I destroyed them lol.
They really weren’t very good with infantry either from what I saw tbh.

Fair though the m4a2 should still get a buff in the rounds and I’m fine with jumbo sticking with m72
Better add jackson instead of m10. Or even hellcat. These would be used as clear TDs and it would add interest to game
Maybe if they add APCBC for the M4A2 but not the jumbo, that might equal it out a bit.
While were at it, can we get canister shells for the Stuart? Might make it good for something.

I see most us tanks as inf cover on pushes.i use them mostly with HE.
M10 as the tank destroyer if I want to take down enemy tanks. Very capable tank only against tanks.
Anyway, Got some tanks down today with the bazoka.
Amazing at weapon with good sights, range, easy to use, good pen and got enemy tankers ammo destroyed with a single shot.
Besides the alpha panzershrek in berlin

US is fun, I enjoy Alot of their weapons and. Squads. Normandy it’s a fun campaign. Ngl. Like it alot.
Is it balanced? Imo, enough to have fun matches.
Which is why US shouldnt complain so much (they still should change the ammo due to historical reasons).
If they prefer being mobile bunkers, then they can stick with their Jumbo but then they should face the consequences being less effective against Panzee IVs and Panthers.
yeah i’m fine with jumbo having m72, but m4a2 should have it’s round switched to m61
