My premium ran out today and I was aware that I would loose two of my active squads, though I was not aware that my purchased slot would dispensary entirely. Will the slot I paid for return once I get premium again or will I have to pay for the next slot once more after paying for premium?
Just buy premium back and you’ll have your slots back.
You still have the extra slot you paid for. Just not as many now your premium time has
run out.
(default is 4 non premium, so you should now have 5 and 7 with premium time)

This is a serious bug, you should submit a ticket for that.
And for those who didn’t get what the OP meant: He states he ALSO lost a slot purchased SEPARATELY from premium, but that it disappeared ALONG his premium infantry and vehicle slots once his premium membership expired.
(Fyi, I have the max number of slots available myself wich is 10. I’d be very disappointed if the 4 slots I’ve bough would disappear once premium ends.)

After buying Premium account you get an option to but even more, separate slots - that results in somepeople having 10 different squads to choose from. And they should stay even after premium expires.

Two additional slots (1 for infantry nad 1 for vehicle) that come in standard with Premium account work only when it’s active.
But you can but more (but have to but premium to see The option), that will stay active no matter what. Or at least should stay.

Those are permanent upgrades, and it’s clearly advertised as such. Also I forgot to resubscribe to premium account once, but I still kept the 4 additional slots that I bough

It’s possible it is a bug issue here if op is sure he is talking about a bought extra slot, and isn’t mistaked by the extra slot premium give.

Send them a ticket, if possible, include a print (of you have it) with said slot purchased befor.
I had a problem a few years ago on another game, I tend to print all my real money purchases in-game incase said problem happen again, saved me from a small headache.
Always have a prof of ownership. Game/server bugs may happen, and a printscreen can facilitate the process of recovery.
