Let’s do a simple math problem: 2.5×60×1.1 equals 165. Clearly, a 165 RPM rate of fire isn’t much faster than a bolt-action. But what about damage? Italy has a semi-auto rifle with 15.6 damage at 350 RPM. So what’s the P13’s damage? 16.1 or 16.8? Why wouldn’t I just use the Ross rifle with its base 69 RPM (77 RPM with 12% fire rate boost) and 25.4 high damage instead?
Not to mention the P13’s scoped accuracy is downright worrying—my first-shot hit rate probably can’t even match a bolt-action. It takes a full 0.5 seconds to reach maximum accuracy.
