The barrel length is significantly longer than the MP-40, you got the velocity right but it should deal about 8.5 fully upgraded

I don’t think the velocity is right, the velocity in game is 435m/s , But several data that I found from different website didn’t even reach 400m/s.
Moreover, it fires 9mm Glisenti which is weaker than 9mm Parabellum.

Btw that a shame that devs didn’t added Glisenti m1910 in the game…
And bodeo m1889 would be good as well… what? Why don’t the axis get their own “nagant”?

The OVP M1918 can fire 9x19mm Parabellum but the Rate of fire will be much higher, in game its clearly using 9x19mm Parabellum by the velocity and rate of fire stats
The rate of fire in game is 900 round per min, it is the rate of fire of using 9mm Glisenti.
If you really want to argue about barrel length, the MP35/I has 320mm long barrel and it only do 7.2 damage while full upgraded.
Your OVP M1918 with only 279mm long(not significantly longer than 251mm Mp40 barrel) want to do 8.5 damage when fully upgraded?

More damage than a STG 44 vanilla … try again its 9mm

It could use a slight buff, and maybe make it 2 star weapon so it doesn’t cost a ton to upgrade

It turns out that the MP-40 does 7 damage instead of 8 so the OVP should do 7.5
