I’m surprised nobody has brought this up before but I’ve been playing for a long while now and have really enjoyed the game and all of the updates that have been coming with it. The reason I’m making this post is because, to keep it short, when I started playing the game I made the mistake of (permanently) choosing the allies for every campaign. I had not realized that the choice was permanent and it’s unfortunate that the only way I can play the axis on any campaign now is to enable join any team which is a problem. I’m rather tired of the allies but now I have to hope that I land a match as the axis so I can use the Axis weapons. I don’t really understand why that choice is a permanent one when choosing which side to fight for but I feel like it would only make sense to just be able to switch which faction you play at your leisure rather than hoping you land the opposite side because you made the same mistake as me. I doubt this change would have a big impact on the game and will allow more diversity in regards to your play style. Just wanted to share my thoughts to see if anybody else is having this problem and also in hopes that the devs would potentially agree with this, although I do understand they already have a lot on their plate for future development. Who knows, maybe there is a way to switch factions in a campaign and I’m just an idiot who hasn’t found it yet, but I’d at least like to main the Axis in at least one of the campaigns now that I realize the mistake I made. I’m confused because it’s NOT permanent.
What are you talking about? There are no permanent factions. You can switch to any faction at any time, just click on the allied or axis names and switch over

Brother. On the lobby, above the squad part on the right there is a alies and a axis text with their icons (right side, above the squads you own on the lobby) you can change and play what ever the side you want.

You can change your preferred faction at any time you want. In the top left corner where it says Allies vs. Axis, you can choose by clicking on whichever side you wish to use. The currently selected side will have a thick white underline to indicate which of the 2 you have selected. Campaign levels are faction specific though so you’ll have to level up the Axis side as well (don’t worry, your progress on the Allies is saved). It seems really unlikely that somebody playing for so long haven’t figured out how to switch faction.
Guys I don’t think that’s a faction change I think it’s just showing that sides squads, gampaign, e.t.c.
