I think I have 2 or 3 of those (and I’ve been maxed for a while) equipped. Never really tried it with the perks but I’ll take your word on it. Maybe I’ll give it a go tonight.
Believe me I’d love nothing more… but to do so (removing mkb42h) we would also need to remove avs… and then limit ppsh because it would be a no contest op smg (already is) and then 3 lmg per squad? Make that 1…
And so on. People would complain even more. It’s “ok” to remove mkb42h, but gasp! Let’s not dare remove smgs or others…
Sadly the whole game is automatics oriented. Heck, they nerfed SEMIS and all it did as a result was to make more people use more assaulters squads and automatic rifles as a result…

Most Armored plane and still air keeps its up while using air break.
in general full auto snipers dont make sense to begin with, especially since they aren’t accurate enough, so you use them like regular ARs.
switch the Mkb42 would be nice, so both axis and soviets have a semi sniper rifle.
Hey, I have a suggestion!
How about instead of ruining a lot of people’s reason to play this campaign and getting rid of a lot of fun and eventually players by taking your suggestion of removing full auto weapons, we take your idea of BA’s only and turn it into a new gamemode. That way we don¨t have to be annoyed our favourite toy/reason to grind got removed and you never have to touch anything fully automatic in your life again!

Except BF and COD suck. I like at least having guns that are feasible, and not facing a thompson without a barrel or stock.

I don’t mind full autos in Normandy and Berlin. But the ba only mode is pretty much is Moscow. If you want a”full auto Moscow” play Berlin , especially now with custom matches you can play Berlin with Moscow maps.
Maybe a few months back. The current meta are smgs for russians and lmgs for germans. BAs are only used by the lower level players at this point. The only exception being the winchester, cause that’s basically a semi.
Just play a match. Every 2nd russian has a PPD.
And, no i won’t play Berlin. I think the maps are a lot worse.
I’d say, leave moscow be how it is and introduce a different, more realistic gamemode. That way both sides can be satisfied and it may even expand the playerbase, rather than decreasing it. Cause, let’s be honest, if you really care about historical accuracy, there’s a lot of better games out there. Enlisted is kinda in the middle. So let’s keep it that way.
Fun fact, the US gets the Springfield M1903A4 a bolt action and Germany Gewehr 43 sniper, and when they get the FG-42 II sniper the US gets an M1 garand sniper… so even if they can’t remove the AVS would it be setting a bad precedent? Not really.
G43 is the same as the regular Garand equal as effective

To be fair - Stujka is way ahead in the CAS stakes - but the Il-2 is equally far ahead in the Air-Air stakes - if only against people who can’t actually fly very well… but there’s a lot of those so it’s mostly happy hunting!
