Opinion of the ZK383 smg

It appears to be a all round good smg, however I have never seen one in game. Am I missing something. Note: I have not unlocked it yet.

Oh, I’ve just unlocked it yesterday. And from the one battle I was in with it I can say it’s really good, especially with the horizontal recoil reduction perk (the one for 16 weapon handling). It also is similar to the Suomi KP/-26 from the battle pass in that it has absolutely no recoil while prone.
My opinion is that it is a very good gun, kinda a sidegrade (or maybe a slight upgrade) from the MP 35/I. It is also a shame that it is in Normandy instead of Moscow - that extra bit of fire rate would go a long way against Soviet bullet hoses.

Well you can’t do smg kills with the stg though so it’s the best actual smg choice for a combination of range and firepower since the beretta is closer to a shotgun than an smg

Amazing SMG, wish it was in more campaigns or the Normandy all class

Of all the SMG’s (I’m going to discount the MP43 since that gives you ‘assault rifle kills’), its the best.
Mount it, or lay fully prone, and its a lazer beam of doom.
Fully upgrade it, and its not comparable to any other SMG in this entire game.

I don’t have it either i think its too high on the campaign levels wish it was lower in the levels say to 14 18 on Normandy. or is that too low ?

Also wish it was on the Moscow campaign around about level 12 to 14.

I’d love it in Moscow, and it would be historically accurate.
For those that complain about the SMGs of the Soviets, it would be a good counter in terms of its usability.
