Developers are right now exploring the reasons behind long queue times (even if you’re in a 4-stack) - bug reports with .clogs are helpful to speed this along though!
Update: developers are now working on a fix, should be OK and queue times return to normal shortly.
2nd Update: Problems with queue times should be solved now, restart your game and see. Queues might still take a few minutes if unlucky though, but nothing super long.
I won’t object to adding some skins in the game, but these skins should not go beyond the scope of the World War II battlefield. Blood stained guns are acceptable, but Samurai armor and spiked tanks are absolutely unacceptable! I wouldn’t want a World War II game to turn into ‘Mad Max’ or the cold weapon battlefield!

Got Japanese dude and he still gets basic smgs all the time. For example Play as Japanese character = 50% chance of getting better Japanese weapon of higher BR in the crate.

I’ve tried to stick with the game but I think imma bow out. Of the many reasons… I think this finally killed it for me. Seeing this nonsense carry over to the main game is beyond asinine. I wanted to play a unique WW2 shooter back in early 22 not this amalgamation of a game. It will slowly snowball from here with the team still prioritizing $$ over making a game fun. Good luck boys and girls I’m uninstalling.
Darkflow obviously has the ability to do a good job on skin. But the skin he gave you can never be shared with other soldiers.
Jesus Christ, some of you are being so dramatic. Interesting to leave the forum for a while and come back to see nothings changed. Probably gotten worse.
First point. It really isn’t that big of a deal. All the guns just have cloth and blood on them. Things you could definitely see on a period weapon. Is it super historical? No. But to have a meltdown and claim that gold, COD-style skins are what’s coming next is just plain idiotic.
The ONE exception is the tank. That one looks pretty dumb. And I’m not opposed to having a toggle to hide it. That’s perfectly reasonable. Throwing temper tantrums is not reasonable.
Second point. Do you mean to tell me that you are actually paying attention to every gun you come across? I know damn well you aren’t already, and you’re not about to start. If an enemy starts charging at you, you’re not going to sit there, see his bloody, clothed gun and throw a fit, no, you’re gonna shoot him like you do every other time.
It’s not like these a bright, gold skins that scream “look at me!” It’s literally just the base weapon with blood and shit on it. The tank however, that will be noticed easier, but I already talked about that.
Don’t even get me started on the people projecting that they’re gonna leave the game because of this. Nobody cares
