i don’t know if this has been suggested yet, but the ability to throw grenades whether frag or dem into vehicles that have no roofs. this should allow players on the higher grounds to take out such vehicles if they have a good throw

I agree! I’ve seen it posted about before but I’m not sure devs have said they were working on it or not.

Sounds good, though the netcode will need a lot of improvements before this is feasible. Grenades and explosive packs have questionable physics when laying on vehicles. Likely gonna be just as questionable when inside one.
This isn’t in the game yet, you can’t even shoot into the open top of vehicles…

Until they improve the netcode, maybe make the canopy hitbox on open top vehicles “sticky”
maybe they could do a check system, like how they do in war thunder when it comes to rounds damaging your vehicle
This is in game though. Ive died from molotovs burning and hand grenades blowing up my m8 crew.
From my understanding the hitbox is just extra janky
It is in the game - crew can die from molotovs, being shot into the top of a M8 (all except the driver), and being melee’d (again all except the driver)
Guess the netcode and hitboxes then just needs some major improvements for this to work reliably.
I’m just assuming the hitbox imported from War Thunder wasn’t made with direct fire and grenades through the top in mind.
