Even when market will be available, most likely you won’t be allowed to sell squads that you already own, nor either anything that has already been activated on your account and tthus you may THEORETICALLY have used in any way, even if you didn’t.
That’s how the marketplace works. You can only trade COUPONS for stuff, but as soon a coupon is redeemed on an account, it can’t be traded anymore.

Well sorry this is shit idea was implemented in war thunder, and it turned worse as people will be willing to sell and buy a virtual vehicle for more than 1700 usd. So no free market, if you don’t want that premium, then dont use it simple
Because you only look once, see the few super expensive rare vehicles, and turn away.
But you are looking at the finger, without seeing the moon.
Meanwhile a lot of other players (including myself), who bothered understanding how the marketplace actually works, learnt to exploit it as an effective (and 100% legit) free premium currency generator.
It’s STILL fueling my premium purchases in Enlisted, despite me quitting War Thunder about 2 years ago.

I would rather them make an in game way to guarantee obtaining of old events and such than this stuff. I really want the ability to reactivate old events you didn’t complete. This just seems like designed scarcity on a lot of squads that are heavily desired.
This never gonna happen i guess, why else would they add lootboxes. But imagine you can sell old squads you dont use to otehr players maybe half the price for gold and than buy the for you needed once in the market
I dont think that will work because in WT you can only sell event vehicles and skins and not premium vehicles.
I also do not think that DF will allow it because they will earn less compared to the status quo.
But the things sold would be mostly odballs and collectors editions. While the need of strong premiums and event sqauds and weapons will still be there. They also allow people to sale old weapons for silver why would they do so? Also possbile would be to 1th let people sale old battlepass and event weapons and vehicles instead of squads.

Any sold premium will lead to DF getting money. Selling them on a market only results in lower revenue and profit.
Because you do not sell it to other people.

Other poossiblility would be to offer players 50 % discount in exchange for theire old premiums, since anyways 2x in the year 50 % off is deliverd (thats no loss since DF always calculates with 50% discount) what do they care if player waits for the big sales or offer them old squad for 50% to the new one

When in WT they temporarily release special loot boxes, they do drop selected old event vehicles, some of which actually have premium status (it’s usually low tier vehicles). The catch is that the drop rate is so ridiculously abysmal, that only people dumping hundreds of millions in free currency, buying stupidly large amounts of boxes, have got some actual chance to get a big drop. The rest is mostly useless or very low value stuff.
Anyway, there ARE people who do that, so eventually whenever a new batch of lootboxes is released, the number of old event rewards on the market increases, bringing a drop in prices.
And keep in mind: the marketplace IS PROFITABLE for Gaijin, otherwise they would just shut it off in no time. There’s a 15% fee on every transaction, which means that the more transactions happen, the more of the global GJN amount gets “destroyed”, which in turn means that in order for the market to keep running, someone must be pouring in real money to buy new GJN, thus generating new currency.

Their policy (similar to that about refunds) is that you can’t sell anything that you have activated on your account.
Unlike Enlisted, in War Thunder there is no option to remove anything from your account in exchange for currency. You can’t “sell” vehicles, nor either cosmetics.
That’s why they introduced the concept of tradable coupons, that you can either sell or redeem yourself to get the item on your account. But once it’s redeemed, it can’t be sold anymore.
So events, that originally gave out vehicles as rewards, started giving out coupons for vehicles instead. Be them either premium, or just rare ones.
Except lately they switched to a scummier system, where you need to endure a stupid amount of grind to get the reward for yourself, and an even higher amoun of grind to be allowed to sell the reward.
It changes from time to time.
When they release a box, there’s always a HUGE LIST IN A GIANT FONT listing all the possible event vehicles included… And in the end, as an afterthought, a little note casually mentioning all the other possible (crappy) drops that you’ll be getting with a 99,99% chance, AND I’M NOT EVEN MAKING UP THE NUMBERS, if ever I’m being overly generous.
When you buy a premium squad or vehicle, it’s kind of buyer beware. I think every premium squad or vehicle should have the “TRY IT OUT” before you buy it option. They let you try out some, but this should be with them all. The same should apply to BP weapons. This way, you find out before you pay for it if it’s worth the money. Then if you try it, think it’s worth buying then I don’t have a problem with Gaijin not letting you sell it. However, if it were up to me, I would have an option like they have with disband your soldiers to get rid of unwanted kit, whether premium or tech tree.
Since we’re all forced to RESEARCH and BUY every damn vehicle on the tech tree whether you want it or not, we should be allowed to sell it as the vast majority of them we will never use.
Well that super expensive vehicle breaks game balance of matches and keeping it super unfair. Its not like no one wants it, literally the demand is high enough to keep this high price here. Also its not the only tank as E-100 shares same price:

In the long run moon is the whale and tryhards, while the finger is the F2P that either gives up or joins the tryhards.
Yk what that means? That means the events will hard and dipshit, like awfully harder than Enlisted’s event rn just to force people to spend more money on this game where the revenue cut is given to DF by making it even rarer. By continuing this shit, in long run a lot of people will spend more than 1/5 of their income. Some crazy people will go as far to spend 1/2 of their income on these games.
The system sounds good on paper, but when its implemented. The free marketplace becomes a giant mess of overpriced shits.
So yeah instead of people selling and buying like war thunder, its just better for implementing a system where any old event squad is sold to DF only for a fixed price in gold so that way we can protest low gold for rare stuff and etc…

Real invest is for collectors or ppl how want to have special fun abilitys like Rockets, Flametanks and stuff why should that change?
No stuff exists like coupon in Enlisted, this is not WT mate. CSGO, TF2, Dota 2, Warframe, Rust and countless games all have market that let’s you sell stuff you own and used for infinite amount of hours and it should be that way also for Enlisted.
WT has the worst monetization and anti free market of all games i have played, WT is just inhumane in how do they create events and give you so many restrictions how to sell them.

Learn to invest time for enlisted instead it. Bunch of people don’t even play enlisted for long. Like every battle takes 20-30 minutes and bunch of people spend only 1 hour or 30 minutes per day. Also the events are very easy and quick to finish up so there is literally no reason to spend money.
Real investors invests in irl property that brings real life benefits and value. That is investment of a degenerate that wastes tons of money for loads of dopamine from whatever shitshow they faced in life as the return.
Its not about poor or rich, its about keeping rich dipshits away from ruining the experience for all of us
