most have no idea how to play the game. Engineers build no ammoboxes or respawn points, players stay at one control point unable to defend it, or move forward to capture another point. two or three invasion points are lost in not even 5 minutes. no markers for tanks or inf in most games. pilots who just crash at the first attack. friendly arti killing the own team, same with flamthrower etc… the gameplay needs some serious improvements!
Gameplay is ok. Playerbase needs improvements.
But on serious note, additional rewards for marking and buliding stuff are coming according to the latest Q&A. So maaaaybe something will change. (Proper tutorial for new players that would explain all game mechanics, not only movement, would be cool)
Well game is fine and getting developing. But of course some players are clueless and cannot react to game mechanics properly. So with this type of players game is ruining.
On the other hand, with minded players I’m getting very exciting matches, because they really filling team game.
Especially Lone Fighter mode needs more teamwork. No place for clueless or selfish players, they should hit bots on Squad Mode, instead of ruining game.
I use to be the guy building rally points , marking , ammo boxs , aa guns etc but time after time I have teammates run over and shoot all the ammo out of the gun or set it on fire, Destroy my rallys etc so I’ve stopped and many people are probably the same way .
It comes down to ITS just not worth the hassle to be a team player
i’ve had a couple of matches where the team does’nt try to capture sectors.
I like the game, reminds me of titanfall 1.
I dont like how some teams spam artillery, and flatten half a map.
They just have to do it like H&G and add exp for each person spawning at a spawn point.
That will have people rush to be the one to set up the front spawn.
Also add exp for sandbags that block dmg from friendly troops and barbed wire that dmgs enemy troops.
if u playing german faction , players are not problems , faction is a problem , reason is simple , gaijin is a russian thingy and russians are actually soviets , and soviets hate germans , so gaijin nerfed entire germany , if u want a game like this without nerfed factions , go and play heroes and generals, or unistall the game more example is artillery , german PZ2 that cant penetrate anything ,
like warthunder , where soviets are kingsof the battlefield , anyone can prove wrong?
The fact that i am focusing on axis Moscow and actually win games and sometimes even get first seems to make this seem false. I am a really average player so the fact i am getting first on the maps in Russian territory has to make this false.
The fact that you are topping the leaderboard being an average says a lot about the rest of the German player base.
The lack in number and skill is what makes Axis difficult to play in Moscow. All of their equipment is high skill, high reward. SMGs that can can be used at long distances with some patience, somewhat better LMGs, best plane in the campaign(although require you to be good at dive bombing). This tank imbalance situation too completely shifts in favour of Germany once Pz III E is unlocked.
Other than the PPDs that render MP-28 and MP-38 useless and half the playerbase not being brain dead, I don’t find any particular advantage to Soviet faction.
It’s a new game, and just like software, it takes awhile to get the bugs out of the players. Some will undoubtedly never change, but I think most will learn to a degree. But if you think you are going to find a “team” everytime out you are deluding yourself.

Short of a small percentage the fact is most games are played by players who just don’t know what they are doing, or don’t care. They are just there to frag someone.
Germany as a faction is Fine. I main Germany Moscow, and win the majority of matches. And even if we don’t win, at no point do I feel like I wasn’t shredding Russians at all ranges
I still see people saying “GeRmAnY sUfFeRs” especially in Moscow with German planes have 250KG bombs and the Soviets don’t have T-34. Winning invasion as Soviet attackers is the most satisfying experience.
I always have an engineer on my main squads incase I need to build forward spawns myself but I appreciate other players who can build forward spawns and even better when its better than my spawn or on another flank that makes my job easier to storm enemy positions with PPD. Ammo boxes I find it so hectic to build one as attackers but this is a huge help as defenders with one at the cap as PPDs spend ammo so fast even with big ammo pouches.
And I play Soviet - I find it reasonably easy to get the award for being in top 30% of tasks, but lose most battles… so any Bravo Sierra about “Soviets are favourred” is just ignorant tosh as far as I’m concerned.
You are right, i would change the word gameplay to playerbase. Sorry i am not english native;)
i agree, when i wrote this i was a bit angry because my team and i lost around 8 games in a row.
And sometimes you can see some really good teams either enemies or the own team.
whats to coordinate, run to the objective get killed, thats the game. theres no strategy involved here. Artillery and planes see to that. Oh yeah and stupid AI thats never doing what you would want them to do.
