My suggestion would be an offline mode. I don’t have internet always, and I would be happy to train in an offline mode. Also, this would be helpful for the people who have very bad internet. You could just make bots with tactics and modes, such as easy and hard level.

I believe it connects to the internet to update your ingame stats, even when in lobby.

I’d think that if you barely got internet, you might have higher priorities than playing an always-online game.

Turns out the mod editor works offline, you could try that, but I don’t know how to get the AI working properly.
