Off-map AA gun for warning of fighters and bombers

It uses off-map AA gun graphics.
Off-map AA guns no longer fire into an empty sky.
Instead, it fires within a range surrounding the plane.
This applies to both sides and to all types of aircraft.

Off-map AA guns do not cause damage, but cause shaking, noise, and smoke due to explosions.
→ It plays a role in lowering the precision of bombing and shooting.

The closer you are to the combat zone and the lower the altitude, the closer the plane will explode, while the farther away and higher the altitude, the opposite will happen.
Do not shoot at extremely low altitudes. This is a kind of compensation for the risk of falling.

This also allows anti-aircraft gun users to receive a signal of an approaching aircraft through the trajectory of the shell.
→ You can’t tell if it’s an ally or an enemy.

Maybe you should try yourself or your teammates to be responsible for counterattack or jamming enemy aircraft
Instead of expecting the official to solve the selfishness and lack of skills of individual players or groups.

I tried it, but Enlisted, which borrows the system from War Thunder, is too easy to destroy by counterattack if it is not destroyed in one hit.
In the current system, rockets and bombs destroy all structures including AA and tanks in one hit, and the same goes for engineer squads.

To make the contribution you are talking about, you have to be a player who has filled all the squad slots with engineer squads.
How many players do you think are like that?
Is it fun to play a game that forces such sacrifices?

The goal of bombs, rockets and artillery shells is to accurately strike high-risk targets and groups
This is the value of their existence
The official has given you enough counterattack methods and terrain protection umbrellas, and has even reduced vehicle income.
If no one you or your teammates are willing to stop or run away from them
Then maybe the problem is not the enemy

These sound closer to issues of player skills and squad configuration.
Usually only 1 engineering group or high-level team is needed to reduce the vehicle threat
Just prepare another aircraft to intercept it.

most of the time
Game mechanics do far less damage than casual and passive players

This is a (war) themed (multiplayer team) PVP game
This means it should be a very brutal and team-based game
If you only care about your own fun
Then failure is inevitable
Selfish pleasure or selfless victory are almost impossible to coexist

Maybe what you should do is condemn some selfish and incompetent groups and ask officials to implement skill segregation or even punish passive players.
Rather than asking for changes or additions to the mechanics and continuing to allow those who are negative to poison serious players
This doesn’t help the environment

As you said, it’s a game.
That off-map AA provides RNG elements, and at the same time, it provides warning signals to the player.

If you look at the firing interval of the off-map AA located on that map, this warning signal is not provided continuously from the beginning to the end. Also, if there is an obstacle in front of the AA, it cannot shoot.

If the player looks at the sky, the player can catch this signal, and if he doesn’t see it, there’s nothing he can do.

I think it’s better than quitting a hopeless game.
