Of course, not all Chinese cheat.
However, we have experienced such incidents so many times that we are inclined to be suspicious just because they are Chinese. 
Even though I come from a culture that uses Chinese characters, when I see a player who uses Chinese characters in his name, I wonder, “Is he going to cheat in some way?”
I wish they would at least play games fairly.

Yes of course, it’s just that we’ve seen it so often that we’ve been conditioned to automatically be wary of them.

I’m purely talking out of my ass here but I feel like a large portion of chinese players are particualry addicted to extremely grindy games such as Enlisted. Whenever they find an exploit within the game that allows them to skip large portions of that grind that’s what makes them feel successful, they feel like they beat the game in some way. It’s like a game within a game. And, to be honest, I can’t even blame them. I don’t even think they should be punished in this instance, only have their records removed. Of course this only applies when no other external software is involved.
