I got the Tempest a little bit ago, before the battlepass season ended for it. I’m currently grinding to the squad that it’s for, and I’m wondering if I’ll still be able to use it if I don’t end up getting to the squad before the merge. Will I be able to use it?
I do believe that post merge there will be squads which can use it. If you mean a BP plane.
If you mean a prem plane then it comes with the squad already.
Okay, do the squads just come up when you get the item that corresponds to them? I haven’t played Callisto much, and I usually just skim the devblogs.
If it’s a tech tree plane: It will have one of two things:
Be attached to a past squad.
or
Come with the squad for it.
A prem plane comes with it’s squad.

The Tempest, I got it too. It’s a premium squad, just add it to your line up in the squad selection.
Apologies, I just realized that I didn’t get the Tempest, I got the SPitfire Mk Vc/trop 249 Sqn, which is a battlepass plane that I noticed I have in my lineup. I must’ve mistook it for the Tempest for some reason, sorry again for wasting your time.

Now the merge is here, should be easier for you to find a squad.
