Normandy allies need a belt fed machine gun

i love the sherman but god damn the m72 is so bad, as well as being ahistorical, it’s the reason why i was able to rush down so many jumbos in my panzer 3N

I kinda agree with you mgs are so situational they can be great sometimes if you got the right spot and ammo + sandbags built.

I’m running 3 assault squads 1 engineer and I think the best squad for infantry slot 5 would probably be a trooper 2 squad full of FGs good at mid range and close and can be used almost like another assault unit with more members and better range.

That’s why I think that machine guns need some kind of buff. The nerfs of recoil, accuracy and dispersion were too strong. I do not know why immediately worsen the parameters in 4-5 p

I think the recoil lying down un bipodded could be lower as its not always possible to bipod.

Still I’ve started moving away from mgs because I cannot really rush with them except for maybe Berlin as it has corridors and point blank firefight.

But then again MGs aren’t assault weapons and are supposed to be set up and sort of stay in place which they do really well atm.

I would 100% love to see a browning 30 cal on an inf squad.

The recoil when lying down without a bipod is a bug. It just can’t be. It is equal to sitting down, as you can see from the video I attached. The recoil should be 1.5-2 times less if you are lying down without the bipod. It’s still not a laser, but the gun is already stable enough to make turns of 5 rounds (impossible now).
Range on the move… I also think it’s too excessive. 20-30% should be less. Or it should calculate where I am moving.
Why is it that 50% of bullets don’t hit the circle at 7 meters if I’m going at it in a crouch. Standing okay, let it be stronger, but if I am moving forward and not sideways, much less sitting down. Why is that.

I like to PTFO and rush they’re the best squads for that.
