How would you guys feel about non-Wehrmacht units being added to the game as premium/event squads such as,
Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) for Berlin and Normandy. Saw action in battle of Arnhem. But wouldn’t surprise me if some saw action near Berlin.
Forstschutzkommando/ Forstschutzkorps. Designed to counter polish resistance in the forests of poland I think it would fit the Seelow heights as it’s close to the border of poland. So maybe some were pushed back with the rest of the german army retreat westward.
Organisation Todt - Normandy. They built parts of the Atlantic wall. This is moreso for the unique uniform than the likelihood they served in battle
These next one most likely saw zero major combat but they would be interesting to see in Berlin. Besides last ditch soldiers
The first is Bahnschutzpolizei. Which could fit with Lehrter Railway Station in the Battle of Berlin campaign.

That just reminded me of the Kreigsmarine coastal artillary would be good on normandy. But it wouldn’t really work in this game as there are barely any symbols on the uniform.

i’m all for more uniforms for my volkssturm squads and create some sort of collection.
( especially kriegsmarine and luftwaffe feld blue uniforms )

Issue is Russia (apparently even have laws which outlaws portraits of Axis generals) so you are entirely wrong that cubismus could lead to trouble.

To be fair, most everyone west of Russia could care less about Russian laws ATM. Now’s the best chance to go hogwild on insignias, emblems, and flags.

Well. Issue is that large portion of the playerbase are Russians and the company itself is “Russian”.
