For me, I don’t really care what level the Uragan is because I don’t even use it at level two. I have better luck using the PPS-42. That being said, the Uragan is overkill at level two as they already have the best level two smg’s without it, and with the PPS-43 being over buffed from what it actually should be, they don’t need the Uragan at level two. So, should it be raised to level three? IDK, but it certainly is not needed at level two. However, this is one I won’t loose sleep over. Now, the underbuffing of the FNAB 43, I do lose sleep over.
I’m a perfectly fine individual but when we look at these developers I have no hope for them because we have perfectly good working examples but they refuse to use them and when it comes to the map layouts they’re absolutely horrendous and make no sense even from a defense standpoint or tactical standpoint.
Or devs could move PPS-43 up to BR3, but give it the same recoil as PPS-42 and better dispersion, making it similar to ZK-383.
Uragan and M1A1 Thompson as they are, have nothing to do on BR2 and must be moved back to BR3 where they belong.
M1A1 Thompson with 20 round mag would be acceptable for BR2, though it would still be power creep.
Plus correct both the MP40 and Beretta 38/42´s fire rate which were 550 rpm historically.
PPSH box should get something around 75 deviation, in comparison to PPSH drum having 82 deviation ( considering that the box mag does make shooting the gun less awkward.
and then you could give the Uragan 70 deviation to make it a bit worse than ZK 383 in exchange for it having a faster reload and bigger mag.
also MP40 and PPS 42 which would then have the same rate of fire should also get a dispersion buff so that they are more accurate than faster shooting guns.
Devs should really add some slower firing SMGs for Soviets, they have more than enough high fire SMGs.
Weapons like Bujinov CB M1944 SMG (30 round magazine and 450 rpm, 9x19 parabellum) or Arsenal Tallinn M38 for BR1 (9x20 browning).
Arsenal Tallinn M23 (9x20 browning) for BR3, similar to SIG 1920.
devs just use the russian wikipedia as “source” (worst copium on the planet when it comes to WW2) which claims 600 rpm for pps-42.
if you check the video its fire rate is clearly between 500-600, slightly more than 550 I would say.
Though he is firing modern civ tokarev rounds that are more powerful than Soviet era mil grade rounds, so its probably firing faster due to that.
