The new BR system has been working well for me, looks like you have BR 3 stuff equipped so you are going to run into “fucking better lmgs, semi autos, and op smgs”. So I suggest you look at your equipment and make the adjustment to BR2.

Not for me.
Enemy is full of gold ranks and 3/4th of my team are silvers.
Lost at least 10 games in a row always top 5 on scoreboard, 4k+ points.
How to get 4k+ points?
Are you a new player? How many matches in Enlisted do you have by now?
There is an intended feature where new accounts with BR 1 gear see “BR of the battle: 1-5”.
Whether new players actually get put in high BR games is disputed.

Well, it’s supposed to be temporary. When you see “BR of the battle: 1-3”, this will mean you are away from newbie matchmaking with weakened bots. From then on, you’ll play with all other players.

I didn’t know the newbie BR matchmaking rule thing existed, otherwise the only way you would see BR1-5 in your matchmaking screen is with BR3 stuff equipped. A lot of people got a free panzer 4J and T-34-85 from before the merge and didn’t realize it was putting them into BR3 matchmaking, my B.
I have squads built that are all strictly level one, that ensures me that they will never fight anyone over level 2. Level 2 squads since I know I won’t face anyone over level 3. Level 3 squads so I know I won’t face over level 4. For level 5? All my squad is level 5, but I do have one level four MG42 squad I will use on occasion in my level 5.
I guess my rule of thumb is if I want to stay within a certain BR level, I make all my entire squads the lower of the tier levels.
For me, axis main on Eastern Europe server, I see ‘soft’ matchmaking, meaning that as BR1 rank, I still see rank 3 equipment used.
Still, it is better than seeing fedorov-MKB spam battles.

I never understood the point of faking this and letting people think it’s easy and then 30 minutes later they’re getting absolutely steamrolled.
