Seriously. The Germans get the buzzsaw MG42 but the Americans get BARs??? Asinine. Get rid of the Brit weapons and input the good ol’ American weapons that were actually used extensively.

My guess is Thompson and MP44 will come in together as late game assault weapons. As to why the 1919 isn’t there is really beyond me. It would be fairly equal to the MG42 and could be balanced easily

yeah we also get the Piat instead of a Bazooka.
It’s gaijin, they’ll add them later under macrotransactions as they evolve the technological treees.

just because its beta testing does not excuse the lack of weapons that would have made the balance so much better since a some of the British equipment is worse
Thompson is in the practice map. So why is it not in game?
Because of weird Decision making also the British weapons being in the Normandy Campaign is just for testing the Guns before they get added to the Tunisia Campaign

Beta testing means that you aren’t getting the final version - by definition.

Let’s see if we get tunisia campaign and all that british gun will be moved in it, so thompsons, bar, m1 bazooka, m9 bazooka will come
The British guns will not be removed from Normandy.
The guns we had in CBT, aka, Thompson, Bazooka, MP43, will come back later as they were temporarily removed for reworking / allowing other guns to be tested. This was confirmed by the developers. When this will happen, has not been disclosed.
there is no handheld m1919 but the 1919 is in the game as vehicle weapons, and you can use the m1 thompson in the practice mode

But its still strange that we get two versions of the BAR (and a prenium squad with the same BAR type) and no M1919. I mean… isnt one BAR more than enough especially if you consider that the BAR is more like a SAW/ automatic rifle than a MG?

BAR was used as an MG historically so that’s why the gunners have it, and tanks do have the 1919 so it’s already in the game
Yes but the 1919A6 with shoulder stock would give the Americans an equalish weapon against the later MG42s. Belt fed and belt fed. Currently we have 2 versions of the BAR and that’s it late game
i know, though the mg42 that is handheld is drum feed so there’s that, and it would be cool to have that gun
I know it’s not really related, but this bar situations it’s so weird, that I saw an American with the bar shooting at a German carryin a bar, for than getting shoot by a German having the bar as well, and this last German got shot by a machinegunner having the different bar from the first American

The German premium BAR is also better than the American BAR for reasons.
